Very unusual comedy for Japan. The story / plot get funnier as it progresses.

Do pivnice

Very nice film mixing animation to express fear and other sordid ideas from a girls imagination.

annรฉes de braise

Interesting movie that shows the early years, or the making of the Algerian revolution. The whole thing is seen or accounted by a peasant and how he understands things or why things are evolving the way they are.

Yoman Sadeh

Fantastic documentary about the situation in the occupied territories in the early 1980's. Gitai's effort is the more remarkable considering that he is an Israeli and he is showing the facts as they are, however ugly and inhumane. Really gives an insight into how this hatred between the 2 groups keeps growing and seems to have no end in sight.

This movie has to be one of De Funes funniest comedies.
